Product Warranty

Your satisfaction is very important to us. In the event of a defect in workmanship, we will replace your Cold Sore Inhibitor within 90 days or your Viral Inhibitor Pro within 1 year. See our warranty section and your 1-year and 2-year extended selection options below.

Heath Sciences features a 90-day to 3-year product replace warranty.

Be sure to TEST your personal Inhibitor for proper operation when it first arrives and keep your receipt for proof and date of warranty and or returns.

Test your product by firmly pressing the black probes sides to a coin such as a quarter. Push and release the red “start” button located on the side of the Inhibitor.  When all lights appear simultaneously, It is functioning properly.

ReTest by placing the probe tips on the coin. If all lights do NOT turn on simultaneously, they need cleaning by rubbing the tips across a soft cloth.

Limited Replacement Warranty

Your Viral Inhibitor Pro is Warrantied for 1-year. In the event the product fails, simply return it to the company, with a check for shipping and handling of $15.95, along with your name and address and a new replacement product will be sent to you.

Limited Warranty

To the exclusion of all other warranties, including but not limited to the warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability, the warranty is strictly limited to replacement of the Cold Sore Inhibitor within 90-days or replacement of the Viral Inhibitor Pro within 1-year of purchase in the event of a defect in workmanship or material, provided it is free of customer abuse, tampering, or damage.

Extended Warranty

Within 30-days of purchase, you may purchase extended warranty to 1- or 2-years for Cold Sore Inhibitor or to 2- or 3-years for Viral Inhibitor Pro.

Manufacturer Warrants

Manufacturer warrants Viral Inhibitor applies less than 10 volts across and less than 10 milliamps between probes and makes no claims for efficacy in use, nor supports views expressed on this website nor in any other promotions.
